DELIVERY 

We strive to pack and ship all orders within 24 hours after payment is received. Orders made on Saturday and Sunday will only be shipped on Monday. We provide both local and international shipping.

1. Shipping within Malaysia

> All orders with a Malaysian address will be shipped via reliable Poslaju courier service.

> Delivery time mostly takes 2-3 working days for West Malaysia, 3-4 working days for East Malaysia.

> Standard flat rate: RM7 for West Malaysia.

> Standard flat rate: RM10 for East Malaysia.

> FREE SHIPPING on orders over RM100

> Your receipt email will include a tracking number which you can track the status of your order.

2. International shipping

> Shipping to Singapore is charged on a flat rate basis, regardless of the amount of purchased.

> Standard flat rate: RM20 for any purchase with Singapore address, 2-4 days delivery time.

> Email our customer service for shipping rate to other countries.

REFUND

We do not offer any refunds on Product(s) purchased. We may however, be able to offer a replacement if the Product(s) received are defective or damaged. Please contact us at meizlab.natural@gmail.com within 24-hours of receiving your Order with photographic evidence of defective/damaged Product(s).
